Chinati Mountains

This mountain range has multiple private properties we can get you access to; per square mile it is one of the least inhabited areas in Texas, and the US.

Amazing sunsets, elevations of 7,000 feet +, unique structures and geologic formations, historic cemeteries – an untapped gem for filming and photography.

Almost all roads require 4wd vehicles, we have a fleet of these to access the locations plus permission from private landowners to negotiate access fees, lodging and amenities. The Chinati Mountains State Natural Area is 39,000 acres with breathtaking views and lodges – it remains unopen to the public but the State of Texas has said the opening is in the near future, albeit limited to guides with a TPWD contract, which we have. Regardless of the status of the SNA, we have access to dozens of remote locations where you can see no human presence, just untouched raw desert.
